 Friday October 18^th

10:30 AM – 12:00 – Ordination Council for Gary Laird

                                  (Location The Sycamores Chapel)

                                 The council will be made up of the following men:

                                  Senior Chaplain Bob Ruesh, Chaplain Jerry

                                  Donahoo, Senior Chaplain Dennis Maloney,

                                  Senior Chaplain Richard McCool, Chaplain Don

                                  Baker, Senior Chaplain Jack Gregory, and Senior

                                  Chaplain Fred Campbell.  Dr. Dan Griffin will

                                  act as moderator of the council.

1:00 PM – 1:30 PM – Check In  

                                     (The Sycamores Chapel Fellowship Hall)

2:00 PM – 4:30 PM - Training (International will be storying training;

                                    Life Borders Int’l training to be determined. 

                                    International training will be at Sycamores

                                    Chapel.  Life Borders training will be held at

                                    North Fork Baptist Church.    

4:30 PM – 5:30 PM – Clean up – Q&A

5:30 – 7:00 PM – Dinner on your own

Saturday October 19^th

9:00 AM – 9:30 AM -Morning devotions - Dr. Dan Griffin (Sycamores

                                                                     Sanctuary)

10:00 AM – 12:00 AM – Training – International training will be Dr.

                                                           Dan Griffin on interpersonal

                                                           relations.  Life Borders Int’l is

                                                           to be determined.         

12:00 – 1:30 PM – Lunch on own

2:00 PM – 3:30 PM – Ordination service for Dr. Bill Artherholt and

                                     Chaplain Gary Laird.  (Dr. Dan Griffin and

                                     others)  Location – Northfork Baptist Church

                                      sanctuary. Dress is business casual.

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Reception Northfork Baptist Church Fellowship

                                    Hall.

5:00 PM – 6:30 PM – Dinner on your own.

6:30PM – 7:30 PM – Dr. Les Unruh, SIM/USA Church Relations

                                   Director.  Dr. Unruh will speak of joint ministry

                                   opportunities in Liberia, West Africa.                 

                              

                                   Dress is business casual. Location is The

                                   Sycamores Chapel sanctuary.

10 AM – Sunday Morning Worship – Dr. Dan Griffin – Worship music

                                                              leader tbd.

11:00 AM – Dedication of The Sycamores Community Church – Dr.

                     Dan Griffin – Sanctuary Outpost International Mission

                     Pastor.

12:00 PM – 2 PM – Lunch on your own.

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Communion and Season of Prayer (Dr. Dan

                                    Griffin will lead communion and Senior Chaplain

                                     Richard McCool will lead time of prayer for

                                     CRM Int’l, Sanctuary Outpost, Life Borders Int’l,

                                     and the ministry of “The Sycamores Chapel”.             

4:00PM – 5:00PM – Dr. Les Unruh – Open time to discuss Liberia

5:00PM  – 6:30PM – Dinner on the grounds.

6:30PM – 7:30 PM – Bible study with Dr. Dan Griffin

MONDAY CLEAN-UP

9:00 – 10:30 - Devotion time with Dr. Dan, Praise time and Prayer
